OmniStruct - Product Design
A web-based system to help companies review their IT infrastructure for vulnerabilities.
Challenge
- The Client desired a modern system with a user-friendly workflow to simplify a tedious paperwork process. The system needed to replicate a series of existing manual, paperwork processes, and the design needed to identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the processes.
Solution
- Helped the client to transform business requirements into workflow diagrams
- Drafted wireframes to iterate through various concepts, while crafting the interaction design and information architecture
- Strategized system capabilities for an initial product release and incorporating concepts for the future product roadmap
