Manufacturing Production and Task Tracking - Enterprise Web-Application
A US-based manufacturing company decided to change system architecture technology and use it as an opportunity to further optimize workflows of a web-based enterprise system.

Challenge
- The Client had web-based enterprise system for employees to track customer order through a manufacturing production assembly line, as well as for employee to track tasks specific to each customer order. A decision was made in January 2020 to change system architecture technology and use it as an opportunity to further optimize workflows for their employees.
Solution
- Helped the client to optimize efficiency of tasks performed by employees and re-evaluate web-based application workflows
- Helped the client update the visual design using a CSS framework theme
